    <\/div>
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> For every \u20ac10.00 (ten\/00) spent by the Cardholder on the purchase of goods and\/or services at KIDS PARK Como, the Cardholder will accumulate 1 (one) CREDIT POINT on the virtual Card, which can be used to receive REWARDS and\/or discounts of equal value to be used at KIDS PARK in accordance with the Loyalty Programme applied from time to time by the Management Company.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n
  • \n \n
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> Upon enrolling in the KIDS PARK \u201cVIP\u201d programme, 5 (FIVE) POINTS will be credited as a welcome incentive bonus.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n
  • \n \n
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> The Management Company reserves the right, at any time and at its complete discretion, to verify and check the amount of credit points credited to the individual Virtual Card, as well as to make any modifications to the Loyalty Programme without this giving the Holder the right to claim any type of compensation, damages or indemnity whatsoever.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n
  • \n \n
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> Points can only and exclusively be accumulated by making purchases of products or services at KIDS PARK Como, subject to the presentation of the virtual card at the time of payment.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n <\/li>\n
  • \n \n
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> Failure to present the virtual card at the time of payment for purchased products and services will not allow the accumulation of credit points and will not entitle the user to have them credited at a later date. <\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<\/span>\n
    \n \n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> The Management Company may decide at its absolute discretion to award additional credit points, including following the purchase of specific products and\/or services explicitly indicated, the presentation of coupons, or the execution of promotional initiatives or programmes, or, in any case, in accordance with the procedures that will be communicated from time to time by the Management Company.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n<\/li>\n

    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> The Virtual Cardholder is responsible for notifying the Management Company of any errors in the calculation of the credit points credited to their Card within 5 (five) days of the date such errors were detected, under penalty of forfeiture.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n \n
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> The credit points accumulated by the Cardholder on the Card are non-transferable and may not under any circumstances be converted into cash by the Management Company, nor do they accrue interest on their commercial value.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n \n
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> To allow the implementation of the KIDS PARK \u201cVIP\u201d programme, a dedicated information system is activated by the Management Company which provides for the counting of purchases of products and services by the Cardholder and the crediting of credit points to the Cardholder's Card as well as the updating of the credit points assigned to the virtual Card in the event of their use.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
    \n \n <\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n \n
    \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> Your points balance will be sent periodically to the email address used for registration. Virtual Card holders can also check their points balance at the KIDS PARK ticket offices.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n

    <\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Programme duration<\/span><\/h5>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> The KIDS PARK \u201cVIP\u201d Programme ends on 31 December each year, and the credit points accumulated on the virtual card can be used until that date.<\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n<\/span>\n
      \n \n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
    • \n \n
      \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> Following this date, the points may no longer be used and will be cancelled without entitling the Cardholder to claim any kind of compensation, refund, damages or indemnity whatsoever from the Management Company.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n

        \n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg><\/span><\/div> Only 1 prize can be claimed per visit; the remaining points can be used to collect further prizes on your next visit to KIDS PARK Como.<\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n <\/span>\n
