On arrival, all children and their accompanying adults will be welcomed by our staff; you will be shown to the birthday party room allocated to you based on the number of children stated on the confirmation form.

More than one birthday child is permitted at a birthday party; for 3 or more birthday children, an extra charge of €50.00 per person is required.

The use of non-slip socks or similar footwear is compulsory.

The small room is reserved for 3 HOURS (for organizational reasons, any personal decorations cannot be brought in beforehand).

Management accepts no responsibility for the supervision of minors; this requires the presence of at least one accompanying adult (the presence of at least one adult per 3/4 children is preferred).

In the event of cancellation, no further charges will be made, other than the retention of the deposit already paid.

If the booking is postponed, no fees will be charged, except for the dessert if already ordered.

Upon booking confirmation, a deposit of €50.00 must be paid, and the number of participants must also be communicated, to be confirmed no later than 5 working days before the date of the party.

Should the number of participants increase or decrease compared to the estimate, the amount due will be recalculated based on the ACTUAL NUMBER of children present at the party (subject to the MINIMUM NUMBER of children indicated in the price list).

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Management reminds you that for food safety reasons, bringing in and consuming food or drinks from outside is strictly prohibited, with the exception of the birthday cake. .
