Birthday Party Rules

  • On arrival, all children and their accompanying adults will be welcomed by our staff; you will be shown to the birthday party room allocated to you based on the number of children stated on the confirmation form.
  • More than one birthday child is permitted at a birthday party; for 3 or more birthday children, an extra charge of €50.00 per person is required.
  • The use of non-slip socks or similar footwear is compulsory.
  • The small room is reserved for 3 HOURS (for organizational reasons, any personal decorations cannot be brought in beforehand).
  • Management accepts no responsibility for the supervision of minors, therefore at least one accompanying adult must be present…

On the Birthday Party

By when do I need to confirm the party details?

I'm coming in 3–4 days before the party must be confirmed:

  1. The number of guests;
  2. If requested, the type of cake for the guest of honour (please note that it will no longer be possible to change or cancel this afterwards);
  3. Any extras such as electric 500s, face painting, Ice Kart, SoccerBoom.


Can I still host a party even if I don't reach the minimum number of children stated?

Yes, but the amount to be paid will still be equal to the minimum required for that day and for the selected party (e.g. if the minimum number required is 15 children and there are 13, the amount due will be calculated on 15).

Can I bring food or drink from outside?

No, for food hygiene reasons, outside food or drinks CANNOT be brought in, with the exception of the birthday cake.

Can the start time of a party be postponed?

It is possible to postpone the start time of a birthday party but NOT the end time. 

Can children at a birthday party play on all the attractions in our play area?

Yes, regardless of the type of party chosen, children can play on all the attractions in our Play Park (by purchasing vouchers where applicable).

If I cancel or postpone a birthday party, do I get my deposit back?

No, we keep the deposit valid for 6 MONTHS from the date it was paid.

On the Birthday Room

How is the birthday party room decorated?

The basic setup for the “KIDS PARK Party” includes plates, cups, forks and napkins (white and light blue/pink), plus a crown for the birthday child. If you want an exclusive personalisation of these setups, with the addition of bunting and murals, you must choose the “Themed Party” option from our Birthday Parties.

Can I also choose to customise the Neon Parties, SoccerBoom, 500 and Luna Park with a theme?

Yes, you can also customise the decorations for Fluo, SoccerBoom, 500 and Luna Park parties with your favourite theme by paying the supplement for the selected theme (you can check the prices of the THEMES on the price list of our “Theme Party”).

Can I choose the party room to organise my child's birthday party in?

No, the booking of the party at one of our dedicated birthday rooms is a our discretion , for reasons of space management and safety. 

Can I bring banners or balloons from outside?

Yes, you can bring banners and balloons as long as they are set up inside your own birthday room.
