What we provide

For a proper party

In the park

  • Invitation cards
  • Private room reserved for 3 hours

Per 10 children

  • 1 bowl of crisps
  • 1 tray of pizza + 20 filled rolls
  • 2 bottles of Pepsi Zero (1.5 l), iced tea (1 l), fruit juice (1.5 l)
  • UNLIMITED water

for every 5 additional children

  • half a tray of pizza + 10 filled rolls + 1 bowl of crisps

Birthday Party Rules

  • On arrival, all children and their accompanying adults will be welcomed by our staff; you will be shown to the birthday party room allocated to you based on the number of children stated on the confirmation form.
  • More than one birthday child is permitted at a birthday party; for 3 or more birthday children, an extra charge of €50.00 per person is required.
  • The use of non-slip socks or similar footwear is compulsory.
  • The small room is reserved for 3 HOURS (for organizational reasons, any personal decorations cannot be brought in beforehand).
  • Management accepts no responsibility for the supervision of minors, therefore at least one accompanying adult must be present…

On the Birthday Party

By when do I need to confirm the party details?

I'm coming in 3–4 days before the party must be confirmed:

  1. The number of guests;
  2. If requested, the type of cake for the guest of honour (please note that it will no longer be possible to change or cancel this afterwards);
  3. Any extras such as electric 500s, face painting, Ice Kart, SoccerBoom.


Can I still host a party even if I don't reach the minimum number of children stated?

Sì, ma l’importo da corrispondere sarà comunque pari al minimo previsto per quel giorno e per la festa selezionata (es. se il numero minimo previsto è di 15 bambini e ce ne sono 13, l’importo dovuto sarà calcolato su 15).

Posso portare del cibo o delle bevande da fuori?

No, per ragioni di salute alimentare NON si possono introdurre cibi o bevande dall’esterno, ad eccezione della torta di compleanno.

Si può posticipare l’orario di inizio di una festa?

È possibile posticipare l’orario di inizio di una festa di compleanno ma NON quello di fine. 

I bambini di una festa di compleanno possono giocare su tutte le attrazioni del nostro Parco Giochi?

Sì, indipendentemente dalla tipologia di festa prescelta, i bambini possono giocare su tutte le attrazioni del nostro Parco Giochi. (acquistando i buoni dove previsto).

Se annullo o sposto una Festa di compleanno mi viene restituita la caparra?

No, teniamo valida la caparra per 6 MESI dalla data in cui è stata versata.

Sulla Sala Compleanno

Com’è allestita la sala compleanno?

L’allestimento base della “Festa KIDS PARK” prevede piatti, bicchieri, forchette e tovaglioli (bianchi e azzurri/rosa), più la corona per il festeggiato/a. Se vuoi una personalizzazione esclusiva di questi allestimenti, con l’aggiunta di festoni e murales devi scegliere l’opzione “Festa a Tema” delle nostre Feste di Compleanno.

Posso scegliere di personalizzare con un tema anche le Feste Fluo, SoccerBoom, 500 e Luna Park?

Sì, puoi personalizzare con il tuo tema preferito anche gli allestimenti delle feste Fluo, SoccerBoom, 500 e Luna Park pagando il supplemento del tema selezionato (puoi consultare i prezzi dei TEMI sul listino prezzi della nostra “Festa a Tema”).

Posso scegliere la sala compleanno in cui organizzare la festa di mio figlio/a?

No, la collocazione della festa presso una delle nostre sale compleanno dedicate è a nostra discrezione , per ragioni di gestione spazio e sicurezza. 

Posso portare festoni o palloncini da fuori?

Sì, si possono portare festoni e palloncini purché allestiti all’interno della propria sala compleanno.
